Organized in accordance with the registered Society By-Laws to deliver dedicated governance across sports, social welfare, environment, and finance.
Office of the President
Led by Founder Desh Raj Hudden. Constitutional spokesperson, policy authorization, and chief presiding officer for society meetings and public assemblies.
Sports & Athletics Desk
Supervises ground readiness, referee assignments, team fixtures for Volleyball and Kabaddi, distance route mapping for Men's & Women's Marathons, and medal distribution at Dansa.
Guidelines & GI Cell
Manages tournament rule compliance, player eligibility verification, mandatory Government ID checks, and fair play protocol before the 7 November deadline.
Audit & Registry Desk
Maintains official registers, accounting vouchers, donation records, cash prize ledgers, and receipt archives under Article 7.6 of the Constitution.
Ecological & Forest Cell
Conducts native afforestation programs in Shimla hills, spring preservation, anti-plastic valley cleanups, and local farm awareness.
Volunteer Coordination
Mobilizes youth volunteers across panchayats for event security, first-aid hydration stations, crowd management, and public assistance.
